What is a neuron?

A neuron is Illumen ScholarMind’s usage unit. Different workflows consume different amounts based on model, document processing, retrieval, and task complexity. Your balance makes usage visible across tools.

Can I add more usage?

Yes. Wallet top-ups are available in ৳100, ৳500, ৳1,000, and ৳3,000 amounts, with bonus neurons on larger top-ups.

Do unused neurons roll over?

Monthly plan allowances refresh with the subscription period. Purchased wallet top-ups are managed separately from the monthly allowance.

Which plan includes premium models?

Beam and Radiance include access to premium models. Actual usage still draws from the plan’s neuron allowance.

Can teams use Illumen ScholarMind?

Beam includes three seats and Radiance includes ten. Additional seats are supported at the plan’s configured seat rate.

Are all prices monthly?
